She detailed how she was held for "30 to 40" hours in conditions that were far from glamorous.

"I basically got pulled from, like, this main waiting area to the behind-the-scenes area of the airport, which is like a detention holding center," Scudder shared. The reality star painted a grim picture of the facility, describing dirty blankets on the floor, stained walls, and a shower with no towels.

"I said, like, 'How long am I going to be here for?' And they were like, 'You're going to be here from one to five days.'"

Scudder, an Australian resident, explained that her troubles began when she landed at LAX with a visa that permitted her to visit but not work in the U.S. Upon realizing something was amiss, she was informed that her past activities, including taking photos that generated income on American soil, were the issue. "They said that, 'You earned this money by taking photos on American soil,'" she alleged, leading to her detainment.

The situation took a more invasive turn when she claimed authorities accessed personal data on her iPhone without consent, going through her messages, notes, and even deleted content. "They went through absolutely everything," she noted, describing the experience as both embarrassing and stressful.

After being detained for over a day, Scudder was sent back to Australia following another grueling 17-hour flight. Throughout her ordeal, she received little information and was allegedly treated dismissively when requesting basic amenities.

Reflecting on her experience, Scudder offered a warning to fellow content creators, emphasizing the importance of having the correct visa when engaging in any monetized activity within the U.S. "I love America, but I think the laws... have locked in now on people who do Instagram or make any money from YouTube, OnlyFans, Playboy," she advised.
