Paige VanZant, the former UFC sensation, has crafted one of the most unconventional careers after stepping out of the octagon. The 32-year-old, who had a notable 5-4 record in the strawweight and flyweight divisions before leaving the UFC in 2020, has since dabbled in bare-knuckle boxing, Power Slap, Misfits Boxing, and AEW. However, it's her venture into OnlyFans that has truly captured the spotlight, with a recent TikTok video revealing the peculiar requests she encounters from fans.
In a clip shared on TikTok, VanZant humorously disclosed an unusual custom request she received on her OnlyFans platform, which earned her $25. It's these quirky interactions that have become part and parcel of her lucrative online presence.
VanZant's journey into OnlyFans began in 2021, right before her debut in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. The move was met with overwhelming support, amassing over 50,000 subscribers in just a few hours. The financial rewards were immediate, and VanZant quickly realized the potential of this platform.
“I was showing my husband, and I was like, ‘Oh my word!’ That moment driving back [to the hotel], I was of course extremely excited to fight, but I was like, ‘Our lives just changed forever’. I was like, ‘This is OK, this is going to work out. All the risks are worth it. If I never work with another sponsor again, we’re going to be fine,'” VanZant shared with MMA Fighting.
This intuition proved right, as VanZant has turned her OnlyFans into her main source of income, far eclipsing her earnings from her fighting career. With a staggering 3 million Instagram followers and nearly two and a half million likes on her OnlyFans page, she charges $29.99 monthly for subscriptions and once sold a kiss card for an astonishing $13,000.
VanZant has been open about the financial disparity between her earnings from OnlyFans and her time in the UFC. During a 2023 appearance on OnlyStans, she candidly admitted that her income from OnlyFans outstripped her entire fighting career earnings.
"OnlyFans has definitely been my largest source of income, I would say combined, in my fighting career. I think I've made more money in 24 hours on OnlyFans than I did in my entire fighting career combined," she stated bluntly.
Despite her successful OnlyFans career, VanZant remains active in the combat sports scene. Now married to UFC middleweight Austin Vanderford after a mutual separation from former UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt, she continues to participate in events. However, her financial reality has transformed radically, with quirky requests like stepping on a phone for $25 being just another day in her new life.
