The dramatic conclusion to Renae's misadventure was captured on video, showing her strapped to a stretcher aboard a helicopter en route to a hospital. Medical tests suggested her ailment resulted from either the water or possibly altitude sickness – a notion echoed by commenters on her Instagram post.
