OnlyFans star Amira Evans is opening up about the $30,000 she’s spent on plastic surgery, describing the transformation as an essential investment in her career. "I invest in myself because I know the money comes back tenfold," Evans shared with Us Weekly in an exclusive statement on Monday, June 8. For Evans, every procedure is a step towards building her brand, with men essentially bankrolling her entire makeover journey.
Evans' journey began with a labiaplasty in her early twenties, before she entered the adult industry. Although it was her idea, her then-boyfriend covered the cost. "It was never because a man told me to do it," she explained, adding that the surgery gave her the confidence to wear leggings and swimwear comfortably.
After starting her webcam career, Evans opted for a breast augmentation, jumping from an A-cup to an F-cup with 620cc implants. "I went from being very flat-chested to having F-cup breasts," she said. "Going from an A to an F-cup is a massive change, but I told the surgeon I wanted something that made me stand out. Because I'm so tall, it feels proportionate to my body."
Two years into her OnlyFans career, Evans decided on a Brazilian butt lift (BBL). Though she initially worried about the impact on her earnings, her fortunes turned after sharing her results online. "Then I started posting videos showing off the results and everything changed. My earnings just skyrocketed," she revealed.
Evans has acknowledged that most of her procedures have been funded by the generosity of her male fans. "My ex-boyfriend paid for my first surgery, my webcam subscribers paid for my boobs, and my OnlyFans earnings paid for my BBL," she explained. "Even now, subscribers regularly pay for my hair, nails, and beauty treatments. They're incredibly generous."
At 6-foot-7, Evans stands out naturally, but she’s planning a second breast augmentation later this year to further enhance her unique presence in the industry. "Some creators are doing really extreme things to get attention," she observed. "I wouldn't need to do any of that stuff. I can get a similar response just by walking around, wearing heels, wearing latex, or posting a video that highlights my big bum and big boobs."
Evans confidently asserts that her strategic investments in her body allow her to avoid extreme measures some creators resort to for attention. "I'm investing in my body so I don't have to do all these extreme things that I personally would find uncomfortable," she stated with assurance.
