Nichols is also accused of sending explicit messages and engaging in video calls with minors, sometimes involving sexual toys.

Amid these serious accusations, Nichols was suspended from her teaching role. The Douglas County School System assured parents of their commitment to student safety and their swift action in launching an investigation.

Nichols, a graduate of Liberty University and a married mother of one, had been employed at Alexander High School since May 2023.
