The Mystery Behind Tianna Moon's Social Media Ban

Tianna Moon, a bold and beautiful woman from East Anglia, found herself in the spotlight for an unexpected reason – her naturally ample 32OO bust. Diagnosed with the rare condition gigantomastia in 2024, which causes rapid breast growth, Tianna's social media presence was abruptly interrupted. Her accounts were suspended after viewers speculated that her striking curves were the work of artificial intelligence.

Gigantomastia is a rare condition that can lead to excessively large breasts, often causing discomfort and body image issues. Tianna's journey with this condition became more public after she lost a significant amount of weight, dropping three stone on Mounjaro. Surprisingly, her breasts continued to grow rather than shrink, leading to her current OO cup size.

“Typical breasts have a high fat content. With gigantomastia, breast tissue is made up differently," Tianna, an OnlyFans creator, explained.

From Weight Loss to Weight Gain

Tianna's adventure into the world of social media began after she joined OnlyFans in 2021. With a career shift prompted by an injury and the aftermath of COVID-19, she now enjoys financial independence, earning around £10,000 a month on the adult subscription platform.

However, as her weight continued to decrease, her bust size bafflingly increased from an L to an OO cup. This unexpected development led to speculation and disbelief among her followers, with some suggesting that her photos had been digitally altered.

"Whether they’re seeing a change in my body – due to my weight loss after my gastric sleeve – rather than my breasts and thinking ‘they must be fake’," Tianna shared about the online chatter.

The Meta-Driven Conundrum

Tianna's ordeal with Meta-owned platforms such as Instagram and Facebook brought attention to the challenges of maintaining a presence as a creator with a unique medical condition. "Most of the AI comments were from Facebook and some from Instagram," she noted, highlighting the interconnected nature of these platforms.

After losing multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously due to the same issue, Tianna was able to restore them within hours. Her openness about her condition and the misinformation surrounding it has sparked conversations about body image and the assumptions people make online.

Meta, the parent company of Instagram and Facebook, acknowledged the situation with a statement: "Our policies apply to everyone and, while we always work to apply them as accurately and consistently as possible, no system is perfect and sometimes we make mistakes. That’s why we offer the opportunity to appeal the decision if you think we’ve made a mistake - and you can now do this directly from the Account Status tool.”
