Renee Gracie is ready to make waves in the GT World Challenge Australia as she gears up to race under the OnlyFans Racing banner. This daring move marks her fourth year in the category and her first time stepping away from the Melbourne Performance Centre. After three successful years racing with Audi, Gracie is all set to take on the track with a Ferrari 296, one of the newest models introduced in 2023.
Gracie's decision to switch from Audi to Ferrari was fueled by her ambition to claim the coveted Pro-Am championship. With titles already under her belt, including the Trophy title in 2023 and the Am title in 2025, she's determined to complete her collection. "The Ferrari option – being in a newer car with proven results in the Australian series so far – it seemed like the right fit to try make this Pro-Am dream come true," Gracie shared in an interview.
“I was looking at options and thinking about how I can be competitive. My goal that I set out to myself was to try to keep winning championships, essentially."
Switching teams is never easy, but Gracie is embracing this change with open arms. She admits that stepping out of her comfort zone is a bit daunting, yet necessary for her growth. "Change has been scary for me in reflection of my previous career in motorsport," she confessed. However, the allure of a newer car with advanced technology was too tempting to resist.
While her co-driver remains under wraps, Gracie promises a high-profile partner to complement her racing prowess. With a few details left to finalize, she is optimistic about the season ahead. As she gets accustomed to the Ferrari, Gracie is already impressed with its user-friendly nature and balance, even after a short test.
In true Gracie fashion, her Ferrari will sport her signature white and blue colors, ensuring she's not just a force to be reckoned with on the track, but a style icon too. With the Audi R8 being one of the oldest platforms on the grid, the youthful and technologically advanced Ferrari 296 is set to give her the edge she needs.
