Katie Price and Kerry Katona may be raking in the riches on OnlyFans, but according to Olivia Attwood, they might soon have some A-list company. Attwood suggests that as making a living on the saucy platform becomes more mainstream, many more famous faces could soon join the party.
In the latest season of her hit show "Getting Filthy Rich," Olivia invited stars like TOWIE’s Lauren Goodger and Love Island’s Hannah Elizabeth for a candid chat about the world of celebrity strippers. “I think we’re going to see more household names do it, that you never would have seen do it five years ago,” Olivia shared. “It is more normalised now. The stigma is dropping. Gen Z are a lot more sex positive.”
Recently, 74-year-old TV psychic Sally Morgan joined the platform, showing that age is just a number when it comes to OnlyFans. Still, not everyone finds it easy to embrace. Lauren Goodger, a veteran of five years on the site, admits to struggling with feelings of shame. Olivia revealed, “Lauren admits she is a bit of a prude and this is something she found herself doing almost out of necessity. She has a conflicted relationship with it.”
The rise of OnlyFans isn't without its challenges, though. In a recent episode, Katie Price discussed reviving her '90s persona, glamour model Jordan, as an AI chatbot, offering fans a virtual trip down memory lane. However, Olivia is wary of the darker sides of technology. She praised TV host Maya Jama for speaking against X’s AI technology Grok, which has sparked concerns about non-consensual image manipulation, noting that it’s a disturbing trend in online sexual violence.
Olivia’s "Getting Filthy Rich" promises to delve into these issues and more, airing Sundays at 10.05 pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
