Taking the top spot in Michigan is Grand Rapids, coming in at 22nd place among 167 urban areas surveyed across the country. Detroit follows closely at 27th. Meanwhile, Lansing, Warren, and Sterling Heights find themselves lower on the list, ranked at 94th, 95th, and 150th respectively.

On the county level, Wexford County earns the title of Michigan's top OnlyFans spender, with an expenditure of about $106,876 per 10,000 residents. Wayne County and Menominee County trail behind in second and third place.

At the opposite end, Clinton County is crowned the least enthusiastic, spending only $44,574 per 10,000 residents, making it the lowest in Michigan. Livingston County and Barry County also join Clinton at the bottom of the list.
