Long Island, along with Brooklyn and Queens, is making headlines for a rather cheeky reason. A recent study reveals that these New Yorkers are outspending entire European nations on the popular adult content platform, OnlyFans. This surprising revelation comes from the 2025 OnlyFans Wrapped report by OnlyGuider, which highlights the area's unique consumption habits.
In a playful nod to the Big Apple's reputation, a representative from OnlyGuider quipped, "The Big Apple, or should I say the Big Fapple, is the city that never sleeps... Well, now we know why." With approximately 7 million residents across the four counties, these metro area dwellers have collectively invested nearly $52 million this year alone on the site, allowing them to surpass countries like Switzerland, France, and Italy in per capita spending.
“The Big Apple, or should I say the Big Fapple, is the city that never sleeps. … Well, now we know why,” a rep for OnlyGuider quipped to The Post.
Long Island stands out as a top contender in the world of adult content consumption. Suffolk County residents have spent more than $12.5 million this year, while Nassau County's inhabitants have contributed nearly $9 million. With a combined population of just under 3 million, these counties are matching or even surpassing the spending levels of entire European nations.
Brooklyn and Queens aren't far behind, with their residents shelling out just under $16 million each. In total, New York City, including these two boroughs, is now the top-spending city globally on OnlyFans, with over $87 million in expenditures and counting. This data underscores the city's status as a major player in the adult content market, both in terms of sheer spending and per capita engagement.
