Lily Phillips Unveils Her $60K Journey Through Cosmetic Enhancements

The Cosmetic Journey Begins

OnlyFans sensation Lily Phillips is not one to shy away from transformation. With a whopping $60,000 investment in cosmetic surgery, she’s turning heads and making waves in the beauty world. Known as the "Orgy Queen," Phillips candidly shared her journey, beginning with her first major procedure in 2021 – a labiaplasty.

Phillips explained, “Basically, you've got your outer lips – the big fat ones that are a bit juicy – and then the inner ones. I had one that was hanging out – well, they were both hanging out – but one was a lot longer than the other, it was really uneven." Despite the natural appearance, she opted for the surgery, which cost her $6,700, calling it the "best decision" she ever made.

“Best decision I ever made. I loved it,” she beamed, adding that her recovery was swift, and she was back to her routine within weeks.

Chin and Liposuction Endeavors

Following her intimate tweak, Phillips moved on to a chin implant and liposuction. The chin implant, priced at $18,900, aimed to enhance her side profile, a common pursuit among those seeking a more defined look. However, Phillips noted some swelling and initial discomfort.

"Obviously, a lot of people tend to get chin filler, and I got that for a few years but it would dissolve or it would migrate," she explained. The adult star, who is no stranger to high-profile antics, admitted the recovery took some time, with her jaw feeling "frozen" for a bit.

A Sketch of Abs and a Lift

Phillips’ quest for the perfect silhouette didn’t stop there. In 2024, she opted for liposuction to give her stomach that coveted "ab sketching look," while also trimming fat from her lower back. Although this surgery was more painful than expected, costing her $16,000, Phillips is "fairly happy" with the results.

Her journey culminated in a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), her most recent procedure. Despite some unevenness, Phillips shared her satisfaction with the transformation, "It just looks like I got a huge butt and smaller legs. So I wish, kind of, I had a little bit less fat in to be honest."
