This announcement comes shortly after Jack revealed in December 2025 that his wife, Aree Gearheart, was expecting their second child together. Amidst the family's grief, the arrival of baby Ozzy brings a sense of renewal and healing.

Reflecting on this poignant period, Jack told The Sun on Sunday, “It’s awesome. I think it’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing – probably in that kind of ‘full cycle’ category, in a weird way.”
