Catalina has been vocal about her frustration with how the process has dragged on. She told Us she never wanted to withdraw her initial petition but felt pressured into doing so, and that she’s been trying to finalize the divorce ever since.

She maintains her counsel has repeatedly tried to move things forward, yet they’ve been waiting for CT’s cooperation. Catalina emphasized she isn’t seeking money or to interfere in anyone’s life – she simply wants the legal process completed so both parties can move on.

Catalina criticized CT for beginning a new relationship while their divorce remains unresolved. She told Us she wishes him well but asked that he apply the same energy to finishing their divorce as he’s applying to publicly promoting his new romance. CT has not responded to Catalina’s statement.
