James Fishback's Bold Campaign Promises

James Fishback, the CEO turned conservative influencer, is making waves in the Florida governor race with his bold proposals. Fishback, who is known for his assertive policy suggestions, has now unveiled a plan to require all public school students in Florida to wear uniforms. This comes on the heels of his previous vow to impose a 50% 'Sin Tax' on OnlyFans creators.

“Strong schools are only possible with order and discipline,” Fishback stated in a post on X.

In his vision, boys would don white polos paired with khakis and belts, while girls would have the option of knee-length dresses or pant suits. To address potential financial concerns from families, Fishback pledged a $250 uniform stipend per child.

Controversial 'Sin Tax' Proposal

Fishback's campaign has also been marked by his proposed 'Sin Tax' targeting OnlyFans creators, which he claims would support public education and other social services. He believes this tax will prevent exploitation and encourage women to seek other opportunities. Revenue from this tax would be allocated to public education, crisis pregnancy centers, and even fund a 'mental health czar' for men.

“As Florida Governor, I will not let young, smart, and capable women be exploited by OnlyFans,” Fishback wrote, emphasizing his commitment to discouraging activity on the platform.

Challenging the Status Quo

Beyond uniforms and taxes, Fishback is pushing for other significant changes, such as halting H-1B visas for foreign workers, canceling A.I. data centers, and abolishing property taxes – all policies reminiscent of current Governor Ron DeSantis. In the Republican primary, Fishback is up against contenders like U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds and Lt. Gov. Jay Collins.
