Cody Davies, a 32-year-old OnlyFans sensation, is sparking headlines for reasons beyond her usual content. Known for her online allure, Davies recently became infamous for sending some rather heated voice notes to builder Kevin Phillips. The cause? A flooring job that left quite a mess, at least in her eyes.
In a series of intense voice messages, Davies warned Phillips to watch his back, claiming she had a history with attempted murder. She even upped the ante by labeling him with a racial slur, demanding he pay her £1,100 for the work she deemed subpar. "You're f------ lucky I am not a man cos I would have smashed your head clean in," she expressed in a fiery Facebook rant.
"Watch what will happen to your house," she reportedly said in one of her many alarming messages.
Phillips, who had installed an epoxy resin floor for Davies, found himself in a whirlwind of accusations and threats when he requested payment for his services. Instead of settling the £750 bill, Davies flipped the script, posting images of his work online and insisting she deserved compensation instead.
The saga didn't end there. Phillips took the matter to the police, leading to Davies' court appearance. At Wirral magistrates court, the OnlyFans star pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment. Her sentence? 12 weeks in prison, suspended for a year, along with 15 days of rehabilitation activity.
In addition to her sentence, Davies was hit with a £200 compensation order to Phillips and a restraining order, barring her from contacting him for 12 months. The court also heard that Davies had a prior conviction for malicious communication, adding an extra layer of complexity to her case.
Davies' lawyer admitted to the poor handling of the situation, noting, "There is clearly a dispute and the defendant dealt with it very badly indeed." As a result, Davies also faced fines and additional costs.
This incident highlights the explosive potential of disputes gone wrong, especially when social media and public figures are involved. It's a reminder that sometimes it's best to keep a level head - and maybe leave the machetes out of it.
