Denise Richards is making headlines as she asks a judge to put the brakes on her estranged husband Aaron Phypers’ demand for half of her OnlyFans income. TMZ recently unveiled court documents where Richards highlighted that Phypers missed a crucial deadline to update his income and expense declaration, which was expected last Friday.
The court hasn’t made any decisions yet, leaving fans on the edge of their seats. Meanwhile, representatives for both Richards and Phypers have remained tight-lipped, leaving room for speculation and curiosity.
“I do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income,” Phypers argued in court documents.
Phypers, who ended his six-year marriage with the "Wild Things" actress in July, insists that he deserves a share of her OnlyFans earnings. He argues that he played a central role in developing Richards’ OnlyFans presence, claiming intellectual property rights over the photos used on her account.
Court documents reveal Phypers’ assertion that the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star earns a substantial $300,000 a month from her subscription-based content. While Richards has kept her earnings under wraps, she did admit in a February 2025 interview that her OnlyFans venture is "quite lucrative."
Adding fuel to the fire, Phypers disclosed financial hardships in October, stating he's "out of money and financially desperate." The couple faced eviction from their Calabasas rental home in December over unpaid rent, further complicating the divorce saga.
In a twist, Phypers’ family launched a fundraiser, lamenting his downfall due to "false allegations" and a "silencing system," though the page has since been removed. Richards criticized the effort, especially when it involved her 14-year-old daughter Eloise, whom Phypers claims to have raised.
Richards expressed her frustration on Tori Spelling’s podcast, "MisSpelling," saying, "Say whatever you want about me... but when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers – it’s outrageous."
