British porn sensation Bonnie Blue found herself in the midst of a legal storm after being arrested in Bali along with 17 men. The group was detained on Thursday under suspicions of violating Indonesia’s stringent anti-pornography laws. Blue, known for her provocative content, was caught in a raid at a rented studio with 14 Australian men who were later released.
The public had raised alarms about potential 'indecent material' being produced, prompting the police to seize an array of items, including outfits dubbed 'School Bonnie Blue,' lubricant, pink necklaces, and her infamous 'BangBus' truck. Cameras and other recording equipment were also confiscated.
"They are being released because they do not meet the criteria for further suspicion, as the case is still under investigation," stated Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara.
Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, has been making waves with her BangBus tour, capturing her adventures for her audience. Her Bali visit coincided with Schoolies week, a popular holiday period for recent high school graduates in Australia.
Her travels have been controversial, especially after her visa to Australia was revoked last year amid accusations of inappropriate conduct. This hasn’t stopped Blue from engaging with fans in neighboring countries and continuing her content creation.
As the investigation unfolds, three men from Blue's team have been handed over to immigration, but no formal charges have been filed against them.
Despite legal hurdles, Blue has maintained her limelight with bold stunts. Earlier this year, she claimed to have broken a world record by having sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours. Her record-breaking attempt was chronicled in the UK documentary '1000 Men And Me: The Bonnie Blue Story.'
Her notoriety extends to her OnlyFans account, where her 'extreme challenges' led to a ban due to policy violations. Among her ambitious plans was a 'petting zoo' event, which was eventually canceled. Nonetheless, Blue found a new platform in Fansly and continues to draw attention with her earnings reportedly ranging from £600,000 to £1.5 million monthly.
Blue's approach to publicity has been polarizing, with some labeling her stunts as excessive, while others view her as a savvy player in the digital age's viral landscape.
