In an unusual incident that's turning heads, 31-year-old Nicolette Keough has found herself in hot water with the law. Known for taking her unique brand of content creation on the road, Keough allegedly rented Airbnbs in Pensacola, Florida, only to leave behind a trail of urine-soaked chaos. The reported damages from her escapades have soared to over $5,000, earning her a couple of felony criminal mischief charges.
"There was a young lady inside making money in a very unusual way that damaged somebody else’s property," said Pensacola police officer Mike Wood.
Keough's alleged antics involved filming herself urinating on various household items and then posting these rather unconventional videos on an adult content platform. Her actions came to light after an observant member of the Airbnb community alerted the property owner, who then discovered the disturbing videos online.
The reported damage to one of the Airbnbs included a variety of items such as an antique Crown Royal chair, a rug, and even a typewriter, totaling $3,980. The odor left behind was enough to raise alarms, prompting the owner to document the damage and report it to the Pensacola police.
But the story doesn't end there. Keough allegedly continued her spree at another property owned by the same individual, causing an additional $1,375 in damages. This time, the list of ruined items included a vase, an accent wall, and a tiger rug.
As the investigation unfolds, Keough's unique business model has come under scrutiny, providing a stark reminder that such stunts can lead to serious legal consequences. The Airbnb community remains on high alert, ensuring that such incidents remain rare.
For now, Nicolette Keough's story serves as a cautionary tale about the lengths some will go to for internet fame and the potential fallout of those decisions.
